Q: Will you be listing my house on the MLS or buying it?

Q: How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A: Great question. We’ll always ask you what you’d like for it. It’s not hard to see that home values have significantly increased since the beginning of Covid-19. We take the actual comparables or “comps” of houses that have sold in the area that are similar to yours. Then we calculate the cost of repairs, renovations, updates, holding costs, taxes, and fees.
